NSW Government Audit of public transport operators

The NSW Audit Office has published reports of recent reviews of public transport operators. The reports can be read and downloaded from http://www.audit.nsw.gov.au/.

They are "Managing Disruption to CityRail Passenger Services" and "Follow-up of Performance Audit: Bus Maintenance and Bus Contracts" (PDF, 608kB and 353kB respectively).

The reports include responses from the relevant operators, which make interesting reading.
