CBD Metro - APTNSW submission to environmental assessment

APTNSW has refined its policy on the proposed CBD Metro for Sydney, posted
here on 2 June 2009.
On 9 September 2009 the Department of Planning publicly exhibited an Environmental Assessment for the project, prior to forwarding it to the Minister for Planning for approval.
