ATAP guidelines - M3 Freight

The federal department of Transport and Infrastructure is running a programme producing Australian Transport Assessment and Planning Guidelines - ATAP.
An outline of methodologies for economic appraisal of freight was published in October. Action for Public Transport's submission on the outline can be read here.
