Improving public transport in your area

Contact some or all of the following to ask why they're not facilitating more public transport. Tell them that roadbuilding isn't the cure to road congestion, air pollution, etc. You may have to remind them that road tunnels and road bridges are roads.

• Your local member of the NSW Legislative Assembly. If you're not sure who that is, find your district from the district maps at the NSW electoral office website. Then get the postal and email addresses from the Legislative Assembly section of the State Parliament website.
• Your local council. Again, if you're not sure which council that is, enter your address in the Council Search form. The council's contact details can then be found from the Department of Local Government index.
